Overview
An integrated border complex at Malaysia's northern frontier.
The ICQS complex brings immigration, customs, quarantine and security functions together in one integrated facility at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, on the border with Thailand.
DCC served as Project Management Consultant and Project Lead Consultant, and supports the asset through facilities management.
The mandate links to the new road connecting ICQS Bukit Kayu Hitam with CIQ Sadao in Thailand, and to DCC's wider role in the Delapan Special Border Economic Zone.
