This notice explains how Design Cost Consultants handles personal data received through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the nature of your enquiry and your message.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any engagement you ask us about. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries are delivered to DCC's office by email through a form delivery service, Web3Forms, which processes the details only to pass them to us. We do not otherwise disclose your details to third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain proper business records.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@dccqs.com or to Design Cost Consultants, No. 4, Jalan 4/4C, Desa Melawati, 53100 Kuala Lumpur.
